Miami Rum Festival
Drinks by Nika took over Miami with the honour of partnering with Rhum Barbancourt to create and serve signature cocktails using Rhum Barbancourt’s famous Haitian rum.
Art Basel Miami 2022
Art Basel was all the rage with international mixologist Tenika Bennett serving up beautiful and mouth-watering hibiscus-infused cocktails on behalf of Rhum Barbancourt.
Mastercard - Elevate Festival
The Drinks By Nika team had the pleasure of bartending Mastercard Canada's Elixir Bar for Elevate Festival.
The team was tasked with creating two delicious signature cocktails that represented Mastercard’s brand and brand colours, and prepped 9,000 non-alcoholic cocktails for attendees to enjoy over the 3-day event. Quoting one guest in particular, "These elixirs are the best part of Elevate!”.
LCBO's Spring Preview
As one of LCBOs drink experts and mixologists at their Spring Preview Event, international mixologist Tenika Bennett was featured sharing this spring’s must haves and delicious cocktails from LCBO Food and Drink magazine. She created Pizza Cocktails and helped guests build their own pizza (cocktail) using a curated pizza garnish station.
Valentine's Date Night Mixology Masterclass
International mixologist Tenika Bennett brought couples, friends, and happily single ladies together for a tipsy night learning how to curate the perfect Valentine’s drink. The class was able to develop expert mixology techniques and pairing these love potions with the perfect tapas.

While working with Hamilton's Island Queens to open the restaurant and bar, Drinks By Nika got to highlight some of the drinks created for the restaurant on CHCH Morning Live.
Alcohol Awareness Month Lunch and Learn
Drinks By Nika had the honour of partnering with East 2 West Events and Lignum Honey for their first Lunch and Learn in honour of Alcohol Awareness Month. The event featured discussions from MADD Toronto and Toronto Police, along with breathalyzer demo by Toronto Police, Naloxone demo, Situational Awareness and Tourniquet demo, CPR demo, and non-alcoholic cocktail demo with Drinks By Nika using Lignum Honey. ​
